Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For orders under $25, we generally don't require the physical product to be shipped back — just contact us at the email below, explain the issue (with a photo if possible), and we'll process your refund directly, no shipping hassle. For items $25 and over, we may ask for additional photos or, in specific cases, request the item be sent back, and we'll provide the correct address at that time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
