SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment
confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be
delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the
shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Free shipping on all orders over $69. Orders under $69 incur a flat
shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within the United States: 8 -15 business days
after processing, depending on your location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Some items in our store are shipped directly from our supplier
network, which may be located outside of the United States. As a
result, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs
fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges, when
applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not
included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking
with your local customs office for more information before placing
an order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking
information to update after you receive this email.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Desklear is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping
carrier or our support team directly at soaresbaldezjoao@hotmail.com
to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged
goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not
received it, please contact us at soaresbaldezjoao@hotmail.com within
7 days so we can investigate.
